For Selling

  • The Process

    Listing appointment: this is to build a relationship between seller and agent. In this appointment I will understand why the seller wants to sell and their desired timeline. I will also learn seller expectations regarding price, process and communication.

  • Preparing your Home for Market

    We will do a walk through to asses it's condition, features and unique selling points. We will address the areas that may need improvement.

The Buying Process

  • Get Pre-Approved

    Unless you are paying cash for your home, you will need to talk to a local lender about obtaining a pre-approval letter for financing.

  • Buyer Consult

    We'll sit down with you to discuss your search criteria in detail and the overall buying process. Then we will se you up on a search.

  • Make an Offer

    Once you have found "the one" we will come up with our offer strategy. Once the contract is signed by both the buyer and seller, you will officially be under contract.
